Learn To Solo In 5 Minutes - Beginner Guitar Lesson - 6 Note Soloing Tec...

1- Learn to Play Guitar Solos: Every watch a lead guitarist blazing through a guitar solo, and wonder exactly how they do that? Beginner guitarists ask me this sort of question all the time - they wonder how they figure out which notes sound right before they play them. In the following feature, we'll examine, using online resources, how to go about tackling the basics of learning to create your own guitar solos.

2- Six- Note Soloing: Learn to Play Lead Guitar in Just Five Minutes: If you've always wished you knew how to solo but feel you haven't got the chops or don't know where to start, this video is for you. Guitarist Steve Stine demonstrates his "six-note solo technique" that makes it easy to start soloing instantly.  "And it works over any chords," he says. The fingering pattern is amazingly simple, but it does require that you bring your own sense of melody to the process. After all, soloing is all about personal expression. But even here, Stine has some great advice to offer.

I'm going to give you some tips for building your own guitar solos. These tips will help you create solos that sound like more than just playing up and down basic scales. We're going to cover concepts such as phrasing, repeating themes, leaving space, building your solos dynamically, and playing over simple chord changes. If you're joining this series for the first time, I definitely recommed going back to the first lesson and working through all the videos in the Lead Guitar Quick-Start-Series because a lot of the foundational skills we're using are covered throughout those lessons.
